We sell luxury makeup products such as foundations, concealers, lipstick and lipglosses by your favourite brands.

Do you do delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery on Saturdays only between the hours of 10am to 1pm. Our delivery fee is $3. 
 
We also offer delivery to our sister islands for an additional fee. Feel free to inquire if interested.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes! You can pickup your orders on Mon/Wed/Fri between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. A location for pickup will be given once your order has been processed.

What are your payment methods?

Our payment methods are:
1. Cash 
2. ATH Movil
 
We ask that our customers who prefer ATH Movil pay ahead of time.
 
Payments are required in full on pick up or delivery.

Do you have a deposit policy?

No, we currently do not have a deposit policy. We ask that all customers pay in full on delivery or pickup. If this is not fulfilled, your order will be subject to cancellation.

Do you have a returns and exchange policy?

No, we do not. For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns and exchanges but we trust you will love your products as much as we do! Should you not love your products, please let us know so that we can better serve you in the future.

Of course! All products are brand new and unopened. They are sourced from reputable sites to maintain its quality.

Yes we do! We offer egift cards and physical gift cards for purchase.

E-gift card and Gift certificate policy

Use of DLux Cosmetics gift cards and certificates constitutes acceptance of the card/certificate terms and conditons. This card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods at DLux Cosmetics. Present or use your gift card/certificate code on our website and amounts will be deducted from your card balance. E-gift card and gift certifiates will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. They may not be redeemed for cash. This card may be redeemed at DLux Cosmetics only.
